Portland is a special and unique place to get married. The city offers some of the most unique and diverse wedding locations in Oregon — lush forests, riverside overlooks, modern warehouses, cozy breweries, historic chapels, and dreamy gardens. My approach blends natural light, film tones, and candid storytelling to create a gallery that reflects the true mood of your wedding day. As a Portland native, I know the city like the back of my hand. I’m one of the few photographers who actually grew up in the area. I’ve spent the last 15 years adventuring all over the city, finding hidden spots, and knowing the lay of the land as well as the characteristics of each season.

As a Portland, Oregon, wedding photographer, I specialize in capturing real moments — the soft in-betweens, the film-toned colors, the laughter, tears, and everything that unfolds naturally throughout your wedding day.

My style is emotive, raw and cinematic. I collaborate well with camera shy couples and make the photo session feel more like we are hanging out. Less poses more prompts and having fun. My goal is to create an experience where we are having fun rather than just taking photos.

I’m Lana, a wedding photographer with 15 years of experience. I photograph with intention, calm and ease. I describe my photos as raw elegance. Photos are edited with rich tones and a subtle boldness.

My husband Shane and I have been married for 3 years. Our son, Scout, is 2.5 years old, and he is the heartbeat of our world.

The most memorable moment on our wedding day was when I looked at my husband and thought, finally, you're mine.
