THE WILD PINES EXPERIENCE

YOUR STORY, EXACTLY AS IT FELT

A couple, likely a bride and groom, in an intimate close-up moment, with their foreheads touching and eyes closed, dressed in wedding attire, with lace details visible.

The best wedding photos aren't about perfect poses or perfect timelines. They're about the way your hands found each other during the vows. The tears your dad tried to hide. The wind in your hair on a cliffside overlooking the Pacific.

Whether you're exchanging vows beneath towering pines, celebrating on the Oregon Coast, or gathering your favorite people in the mountains, I'm there to document it honestly.

From our first conversation to the final gallery, my goal is simple: help you feel present in your day while creating images that bring you right back to it for years to come.

ROOTED IN CONNECTION & STORYTELLING

Before the first photo is taken, it's about trust.

The best images happen when you feel comfortable enough to be fully yourselves. My approach is simple: create space for real moments, offer guidance when you need it, and document your day as it naturally unfolds.

Natural and easy going

No stiff poses. No awkward moments wondering what to do with your hands.

I'll gently guide you when needed, then step back so the laughter, tears, and in-between moments can happen naturally.

Story first

Your wedding isn't a photoshoot—it's one of the most meaningful days of your life.

From quiet moments getting ready to the wild dance floor celebrations, every image is captured with the goal of preserving how it felt, not just how it looked.

PRESENT OVER PERFECT

The windswept hair, muddy boots, happy tears, and spontaneous laughter are often the moments you'll treasure most.

My job isn't to create a perfect day—it's to help you stay present in it while documenting the story as it unfolds.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

FROM FIRST HELLO to FOREVER FRAMES

01

The First Conversation

Our journey begins with your story. After you reach out through my contact form, I’ll send over my detailed investment guide. If you feel a connection, we will schedule a complimentary video call. This is a relaxed moment for us to get to know one another, for me to hear all about your vision, and for you to ask any questions that come to mind.

02

Becoming a Woodhouse Couple

Once you’ve decided I’m the one, I make the booking process simple and secure. A signed contract and a retainer officially reserve your date in my calendar. Welcome! I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives my full creative energy and dedication.

03

PREPARATION & Guidance

In the months leading up to your day, I am here for you. We will plan your engagement session—a beautiful way for us to work together before the wedding—and I will create a detailed photography timeline to ensure your day flows effortlessly. I'm always happy to offer guidance, from styling tips to trusted vendor recommendations.

04

The WEdding Day

On your wedding day, I am more than a photographer; I am a calm, grounding presence. I will artfully direct portraits to make you feel comfortable and confident, then blend into the background to capture the candid, fleeting moments. My focus is entirely on documenting the authentic emotion and exquisite details of your celebration.
